Every deadline has its own challenges. We encourage our team to explore areas they enjoy, so they can take on multiple tasks at a professional level. This cuts communication time and allows our team to be more efficient.
Keeping meetings to a minimum.
Meetings are only used when necessary. We encourage direct communication and keep manager roles to a minimum. The idea is to limit the distance in which information has to travel before the creative work starts. We don’t believe in having a bloated management system.
